Coached rows at a time of your choice. Personal Coaching sessions are used by many for a broad range of rowing reasons. Regular coached workouts; Concentrated sculling camps; Group or family sessions; Personal coaching in your own boat at your cottage; Corporate Groups.
Learn to Row
No experience required!
You've always wanted to - now's your chance to learn to row in Muskoka this summer! Anyone can learn to row, and we have both the equipment and coaching to suit all types of bodies and learning styles.
For rowers ages 9 - 16.
This is a program that focuses on technique, fitness, water awareness and fun. Many have used this to get a jump start on high school rowing, or just to improve on technique and fitness and enjoy the sport on our beautiful waterways.
Our most popular adult program. This program focuses on fitness and rowing technique, and allows for a broad range in skills from those who have just learned to row to those who have been rowing for years.
Our High School/University competitive training program. This program focuses on technique, fitness and speed on the water. It is solely a sculling program, with all training done in singles and doubles.

Drop in Rows
Drop in rows for those here on the weekends.
We offer the ability to drop in to row with minimal advance notice. Our coach will be there to be on the water, give you some pointers, go over our waterway if you normally row somewhere else, and of course help you on and off the water.
High School Rowing
Our high school rowing program run out of Rosseau Lake College in Rosseau, Muskoka.
Our indoor training starts with cross training in other sports in the fall and winter, and then with with sport specific indoor training starting in April. We visit the indoor rowing tank in Peterborough to get a jump start on the on water season, which usually begins in late April for us in Muskoka.
